Festival Fees

Festival Registration: The festival weekend pass is only $65.00 per person. This includes registration for all class sessions, performances and evening events. (Lodging and meals are separate)

Lodging at the Oakridge Hostel

Shared Rooms: We offer shared rooms (with six bunks per room) for individuals staying Friday and Saturday night at the hostel. The cost for both nights, with breakfast included is $76.30 (includes tax).

Private room for two (double bed): Cost for two people for two nights, including breakfast is $163.50 (includes tax).

Private room for two (queen bed): Cost for two people for two nights, including breakfast is $174.40 (includes tax).

Additional Lodging Choices: A lodging form will be sent once registration is received.

Early Bird Registration: Registering as soon as possible has many advantages. Students will have the best choice of classes and lodging that fits your needs. Staying at the hostel has several benefits, the classes are all within walking distance and the Friday and Saturday night performances occur in the Uptown Neighborhood. If we know you are attending we will be able to provide the best experience possible and add space and classes as needed.

Registration for the First Annual Ukulele Festival is limited and we encourage you to sign up early, ensuring your lodging space and the classes of your choice.  Advance registration with payment in full is required. Registrations and class requests will be processed in the order received. If the retreat is full when your registration is received, you will be notified immediately and you may choose to be wait-listed or to receive a full refund.  In order to register, please print and fill out the Oakridge Uke Fest registration form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form.

Refunds

If you cancel your registration before May 30, 2011, your registration fee is 75% refundable. If you cancel your registration before June 30, 2011, your registration fee is 50% refundable. No refunds are available if you cancel your registration on or after July 6, 2011. If we have to refuse your registration for lack of space, your entire deposit will be returned.
