Festival Registration

Registration for the First Annual Ukulele Festival is still open, please contact us by phone if you would like to register, 541.782.4000.   Reviewing the forms listed below will help with class selections.  We are not able to offer the beginner class this year due to low demand, every other class still has space.

Registration steps:

1. Register for the festival: Please print and fill out the Oakridge Uke Fest registration form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form. Registration will close on July 29, 2011.

2. Register for the classes you wish to attend: Please fill out the Class Request Form to sign up for the workshops of your choice.

3. Mail it in. Please mail in the two forms (filled out) with a check payable to Oakridge Hostel at:48175 East First St. Oakridge, OR 97463
